Cancellation Policy: We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled, or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to the full session fee. We kindly ask you to have a valid credit card on file to ensure smooth transitions between patients.

Sam is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and Registered Kinesiologist with nearly a decade of clinical experience, having worked with clients and patients since 2016.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from McMaster University, where he was part of the Strength & Conditioning team supporting varsity and professional athletes, and a Master of Practice diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.

Sam’s practice is centred around osteopathic manual therapy, with an emphasis on detailed assessment, hands-on treatment, and understanding how the body functions as an interconnected whole. His background in kinesiology gives him a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and movement analysis, and also allows him to integrate exercise and movement-based strategies into care when appropriate.

He works with a wide range of people, from those dealing with pain, injury, and movement restrictions to active individuals looking to move and feel better. His goal is to provide care that is practical, collaborative, and rooted in long-term results.

Originally from Trinidad, Ranjan Bobby has quickly become one of Toronto’s premiere osteopathic manual practitioners and advocate of holistic health. Ranjan has a strong belief in life-long learning and a sense of natural inquisitiveness that has propelled him through life in his consistent search in helping his clients and patients in all ways possible.

Elaine (Yilai) Mai is a dedicated and licensed Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) with a strong foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and a deep commitment to holistic patient care.

Elaine earned her Bachelor of Chinese Medicine from Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where she was selected into the prestigious Tietao Experimental Class, studying under renowned TCM expert Dr. Tietao Deng. During her five-year medical training, she gained extensive clinical experience at the university’s First Affiliated Hospital, applying acupuncture, tuina (therapeutic massage), moxibustion, and cupping to treat a wide range of conditions. Her hospital rotations solidified her expertise in pain management and acute symptom relief.

To further integrate Eastern medicine with modern healthcare systems, Elaine completed a Master of Public Health at Western University (Canada). This training deepened her understanding of community health and the Canadian healthcare landscape, equipping her to better support diverse patient needs.

Elaine is experienced in treating: - Pain-related conditions (e.g. neck/shoulder/back pain, frozen shoulder) - Neurological concerns (e.g. facial paralysis, insomnia) - Preventive & personalized care, including wellness acupuncture and treatment planning

Marc is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and Professor of Osteopathic Physiology who both graduated from and now teaches at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. His foundation in health and wellness is further supported by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph-Humber and a Diploma in Health and Fitness from Humber College.
